Examples of projects

Womersley Park, North Yorkshire.  Preparation of the conservation plan and the repair schedule for a major restoration scheme for 17th-century and later house, supported by English Heritage.       

Old Queens Head, Sheffield.  Design and supervision of the restoration of the "Hall in the Ponds" (originally a hunting lodge/banqueting house of c.1505), as part of a larger scheme implemented by South Yorkshire Transport Executive.  Mary Queen of Scots probably ate here during her imprisonment.

Tai O fishing village, Hong Kong.  Advice was provided to the Honk Kong Government on the protection of Tai O as the first conservation area in Hong Kong, reflecting the Consultancy's interest in the management of historic towns.

Home-owners Repair Manuals.   With initial funding from the Netherlands Government, Home-owners Repair Manuals were prepared for a number of historic towns and cities in Asia for UNESCO's Principal Regional Office for Asia and Pacific. The Manual for Hoi An, Vietnam, has been published in Vietnamese and the Manual for Vigan, Philippines (shown here) is currently circulating in electronic format.
